这是电影《壮志凌云》（《top gun》）的主题曲 “TOP GUN”是美国海军空战部队的学校的一般叫法，故事集中在机师彼得的训练过程上。绰号游侠“马华力”的他，是个性格坚强的人，有信心成为最好的F-14战机械师。而该学堂的教官是个表面很男性化的金发女郎，不过她遇上彼得后，就立即被英俊潇洒的彼得深深吸引。
